These nutrient-rich snacks are suitable for people of all ages. Our Rice Bar Production Line is an automated or semi-automated system designed to manufacture crispy, chewy, or crunchy snack bars made primarily from puffed rice, toasted rice, or rice flour, often combined with sweeteners (such as sugar, honey, or syrup), nuts, seeds, chocolate, or dried fruits. These bars are popular as gluten-free, light, and crunchy snacks.
Complete production line covering cooking of adhesive material, mixing of dry & adhesive materials, forming, cooling, cutting, metal detection, and pillow packaging. Melting and cooking are combined in one electromagnetic pot for faster adhesive material processing.
Dry and adhesive materials are mixed in a single shaft horizontal mixer for more even distribution.
Three-roll-feeding-hopper system ensures even material spreading.
Fan-cooling system achieves uniform cooling throughout the process.
Vertical/transverse cutting integrated cutter-head provides accurate cutting dimensions.
Fully automatic pillow packaging with separating rollers for fast separation and sorting of bars, enabling high-speed packaging.
