Application

  This fully automatic granola bar shaping and cutting production line integrates material rolling slab forming, cooling, longitudinal slitting and cross cutting. It is specially designed for granola bars, muesli bars, protein bars, nut cereal bars and rice crispy bars.
  Adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel, servo cutting system ensures consistent bar size. Soft shaping roller avoids crushing nuts and dried fruits. Whole line controlled by touch screen, adjustable thickness, length and speed. It can connect with automatic packing machine to realize unmanned continuous production, greatly saving labor cost for food factories.

Key Features

  Our integrated granola bar shaping and cutting production line covers slab rolling forming, cooling conveying, automatic slitting and fixed-length cutting as one set.
The shaping unit uses multi-layer soft rollers to press mixed raw materials into uniform slabs without breaking whole nuts, seeds and dried fruits. After cooling, dual cutting structure firstly slits into strips horizontally, then cuts into finished bars vertically with high precision, greatly reducing leftover waste.
All contact parts with food are 304 stainless steel, meeting international food safety standards. PLC intelligent control supports saving multiple product formulas, easy to switch different products. Multiple capacity models from 150kg/h to 600kg/h optional, perfectly matched with syrup cooker, mixer and automatic packing machine to build a complete granola bar processing factory line. Customized layout available based on your workshop space.
