Our chocolate coating machine, also known as an enrober, is designed to uniformly apply liquid chocolate to various confectionery centers including energy bars, cereal bars, granola bars, protein bars, puffed rice candy bars, snack bars, biscuits, nuts, fruits, and candies. The primary function is to immerse products in tempered chocolate, ensuring a smooth, consistent coating layer.
The enrobing process begins with a pre-warming conveyor to prepare items, followed by immersion in a chocolate reservoir. A flow pan creates a controlled chocolate curtain, while a vibrating grid removes excess coating for optimal thickness.
